Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms apply when you use ironstackstudio.com or hire IronStack Studio ("we", "us") for a project. If a written proposal or agreement for your project says something different, that document takes priority.

Free mockup

Our homepage mockup is free and comes with no obligation. Until you hire us and pay for the project, the mockup design remains our work and may not be used to build your website elsewhere.

Quotes and scope

Every project gets a written quote that lists what is included, such as pages, features and timeline. Prices on this website are starting points. Work that is not in the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

The payment schedule is set out in your quote. Unless your quote says otherwise, work begins after the first payment is received and the final files or launch are delivered after the remaining balance is paid. All prices are in US dollars.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and for having the right to use them. We can suggest licensed stock images where needed.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content made for you, along with your domain and accounts. Third-party tools, themes, plugins and fonts stay under their own licenses. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Revisions and support

The number of revision rounds and the length of post-launch support are listed in your quote. Changes requested after that period can be handled as a separate paid update.

Third-party services

Websites often depend on services such as hosting, domain registrars, Shopify or payment providers. Their fees, availability and terms are set by them, not by us.

Limitation of liability

We work with care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results such as rankings or sales. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Cancellation

Either side may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is paid for as described in your quote.
